Location: Napa Office (In-Person)
Type: Part-time (with pathway to Full-time)
Pay: $20 - $30 dollars per hour
Description

Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Opening client account; preparing and submitting paperwork; following up with clients;
- Client Relations: Answering phones; greeting clients; answering administrative questions; Maintaining up to date client records;
- Documentation: Generating and storing copies and records;
- Office Logistics: Maintaining office supplies and office cleanliness;
- Advisor Support: Scheduling appointments; generating reports; completing other requests;
- Marketing Support: Coordinating marketing events; finding venues; event planning; marketing management; producing external documents
Qualifications
Educational and Professional Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred; or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial sector or in client-facing positions.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with client management software and database systems (CRMs)
- Quick adaptability to new software and technology tools introduced in the workspace.
Time Commitment:
- Ability to work on a part-time basis with the intent to grow into a full-time role within the near future (1-3 years).
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Ability to interpret and convey complex financial information to clients and team members.
Organizational Abilities:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks including data entry, report generation, and client correspondence.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and build strong working relationships.
- Excellent client service skills, with an understanding of the importance of discretion and confidentiality.
